RENTAL TERMS: Terms are Month to Month - There is a 5 day grace period for payments to be made. On the 6th day a $10.00 late fee will be assessed, if rent remains unpaid at 16 days past your due date there is an additional $10.00 assessed.

LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AFTER 30 DAYS OF NON-PAYMENT OF RENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
ILLINOIS SELF-SERVICE STORAGE FACILITY ACT. THIS ACTION WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL LEGAL FEES
BEING CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. THIS ACTION COULD RESULT IN THE PROPER AUCTION OF
YOUR GOODS.

VACATING: There is no refund on rent . We DO NOT pro-rate. The space must be left empty, clean, broom swept and
in good condition. It is your responsibility to remove your lock when you vacate. Locks remaining on reported vacated unit(s) will not be considered vacated unless the lock is removed prior to giving notice of vacate.

Contact Information: Occupant understands that he/she must keep us informed in writing of his or her
current contact information.

INSURANCE: We do require you to purchase our tenant protection plan if you do not have personal insurance on your items. 

LOCK: Occupant understands that he/she must keep one lock on his/her space at all times. A lock must be
placed on the door at time of rental to secure the space.

DISPOSAL: Occupant is responsible for removal and disposal of all unwanted items and trash accumulation in rental space.  THERE IS NO ONSITE DISPOSAL. There will be a charge for removal of any trash left.

USE OF SPACE: Occupant understands that storage of any flammable or explosive materials, perishables, contraband, and/or live items is prohibited.  No repairs, manufacturing or fabrication allowed in space or on site. There is to be no habitation in the space.

GATE ACCESS: Occupant must key in personal gate code upon entering & exiting facility. NO TAILGATING ALLOWED - Access is 6am to 9pm Daily
